📦 Right of Withdrawal – Returns

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83 and Spanish consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

This right applies only to one single unit of hardware that meets the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, not powered on or configured.
  • It must remain sealed in its original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.
  • Returns of activated software, licenses, or custom-configured products are not accepted.

Note: The customer will bear return shipping costs and is responsible for adequate packaging of the product.

🔁 Replacement or return due to hardware failure (warranty)

All products sold by evertik include the official manufacturer’s warranty or equivalent warranty from the supplier. See specific conditions by product type:

🛡️ Netgate – pfSense+ Appliances

  • 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
  • RMA handled directly by evertik from our Madrid office.
  • No need for the customer to manage international shipping.
  • Estimated resolution time: 10 to 30 calendar days.

🛡️ Deciso – OPNsense Appliances

  • 2-year standard warranty in accordance with EU legislation.
  • RMA managed in accordance with Deciso’s official terms.
  • evertik may act as intermediary if needed to facilitate the process.

🛡️ Clone or third-party hardware

  • Warranty terms are specified on each product page.
  • RMA may be managed by evertik or directly with the manufacturer, depending on the product.
  • Conditions vary according to the specific item purchased.

🚫 Returns not accepted

  • Damage due to misuse or incorrect installation.
  • Opened, tampered, physically damaged, or modified equipment.
  • Activated software or registered license products.

✨ Optional services

  • Extended warranty available up to 3 additional years (for compatible models).
  • Immediate replacement service for critical failures (premium support).
  • Short-term rentals for pilot projects or temporary testing.
