Order Processing

Orders confirmed before 12:00h (CET) are processed on the same business day. If the item is in stock, delivery within mainland Spain usually takes 24–48 hours.

For out-of-stock items, delivery time may vary between 2 to 15 business days. Estimated delivery time is shown on each product page.

Confirmed Order

An order is considered confirmed once the payment has been validated. For bank transfers, confirmation is required from our bank.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, lockers, or hotels.

Delivery by Product Type

  • pfSense+ Gateways (Netgate): National or international delivery depending on availability. Customs may apply.
  • OPNsense Gateways (Deciso): From local stock or factory order. Timelines shown on each product page.
  • Own-brand hardware (coming soon): Products based on pfSense or OPNsense will include specific shipping conditions in each listing.

Uncollected Orders

If an order is not collected within 7 calendar days, storage fees may apply. After 15 days, the package will be returned to evertik and return costs will be charged to the customer.
