Return and Warranty Policy – Netgate Products purchased at evertik
At evertik (a registered trademark of MICROPYME, SL), we want our customers to buy with complete confidence. That’s why we offer a clear and detailed policy for returns, warranties, and support options.
📦 Returns (Right of withdrawal)
In accordance with current regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product. However, due to the technical nature of the equipment sold, this option has the following conditions:
- The equipment must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
- Returns will not be accepted for equipment that has been powered on, configured, or handled.

🔁 Exchange or return due to hardware failure
All Netgate equipment purchased from evertik includes a 1-year official manufacturer warranty. During this period:
- We process the RMA directly from our offices in Madrid.
- You don’t need to handle international shipping.
If the equipment presents a failure covered by warranty:
- Send it to our offices (shipping at the customer’s expense).
- We handle the RMA with the manufacturer (Netgate).
- We will send you the repaired or replaced equipment at no additional cost.
⏳ The entire process may take between 10 and 30 calendar days.
🚫 Cases where returns are not accepted
- Damage due to misuse or incorrect installation.
- Equipment that has been opened, tampered with, or physically damaged.
- Activated software or already registered licenses.

We offer optional services to meet your needs:
- Warranty extension for up to 3 additional years.
- Immediate replacement in case of failure (premium service).
- Short-term rental for testing or evaluation.
