How to Purchase TAC Lite Support (24/7/365):
- If upgrading from pfSense CE, select the Upgrade option.
- If renewing your pfSense+ software subscription with TAC Lite, select the Renewal option and enter your Netgate Device ID (NDI) in the required field. The NDI is located on the pfSense+ software dashboard. Copy and paste it into the field.
- Choose a term of 1 or 2 years.

- Support is sold per installation. Only installations with a valid support subscription will be covered.
