The EV-X6A-N100 belongs to evertik’s OpenGateways range: independent hardware appliances designed for open source security projects, advanced routing, firewall, lab environments, homelab and network services. This compact and silent model integrates a 12th generation Intel N100 processor and 6 Intel i226-V 2.5 GbE ports, providing an efficient and flexible platform for professional networks up to 2.5 Gbps.

Usage guidance

The EV-X6A-N100 is designed for scenarios requiring a compact, silent and efficient appliance, with multiple 2.5 GbE interfaces and the ability to run network services on Intel x86-64 architecture.

Warranty and RMA process

All OpenGateways appliances include a 2-year hardware warranty against manufacturing defects or hardware failures, provided by evertik / Micropyme S.L. in the European Union.

In the event of an incident, the customer must open a support ticket through evertik’s official channel. After a remote assessment to rule out configuration, installation or software issues, an RMA number and shipping instructions will be issued where applicable.

Warranty conditions

• Warranty period: 24 months from the invoice date.
• Coverage against hardware defects or manufacturing faults.
• Does not include misuse, improper handling, external damage, incorrect installations, third-party software issues or configuration errors.
• Shipping to evertik is paid by the customer; return shipping is covered by evertik.
• Repaired or replaced equipment retains the original warranty or a minimum of 90 days.

RMA processing time

The usual RMA resolution time is 7 to 15 business days from receipt of the appliance. Cases requiring additional diagnosis or component replacement may take up to 30 business days. Customers with an active maintenance contract or advanced replacement service will receive priority according to the contracted conditions.
