The pfSense maintenance offered by Evertik is available in 3 different versions and is independent of the Hardware where it is installed. 

The 3 options have a duration of 1 year. 

Our team of certified pfSense engineers are always available to assist and support you.

Our pfSense Maintenance contains hours of support (counted in 15 minute intervals), an update service, as well as a monitoring service, depending on the version you choose. 

Also, depending on the version, response times can be between 4 and 8 hours. 

If all support hours for your chosen version are cunsumed, you can purchase a new maintenance package. The monitoring will continue in effect during the 12 months, even after the hours of the contracted version have run out.
